The old model featured three ropes and only one rope had a ring on it. This is much more visually appealing and balanced. EFFECT: The performer shows a wooden bar with three ropes attached at the end of which hangs a color ball. There are two RED balls and one YELLOW ball. The magicians tells the audience that he can make the YELLOW ball jump to the middle and all the way over to the other end. He turns his back to the audience and when he turns back to face the audience the YELLOW ball is indeed on the other end? He repeats this amazing feat of magic once again and sure enough the YELLOW ball returns back its original position. This effect is so powerful it leaves the audience speechless and dumbfounded! Until they eventually go wild as they let him know that they know he?s just turning the bar around! The magician then asks the members of the audience if they would like to see the ball jump back to the other end?" The audience replies,"NO make the YELLOW ball jump in the MIDDLE!" The magician, acting nervous and anxious, gives it a go and sure enough, to the audience?s delight, the YELLOW ball ends up magically on the middle rope! This is a great audience particiaption effect and what we all should have one of in our shows - a "sucker trick!"
